Responsible for managing the sales force selling to large complex customers within a geographic region and within a specific market. Motivate sales force to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentive, career development, reporting mechanisms and one-on-one relationship building
Role Responsibilities:
1. Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of the daily operations of the sales force;
2. Analyze various sales reports to determine buyer/buying influences and project sales to establish quotas;
3. Resolve complex customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services;
5. Provide management to a unit by establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks and reviewing work at frequent levels.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. College diploma or above, 12+ years sales working experience with 6+ year in people management role;
2. Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets;
3. Have experience and ability to coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics;
4. Good at developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual performance;
5. Good in English writing & reading;
6. Drive to excellence;
Preferences:
1. IT industry experience;
2. Good spoken English is preferred
