Top Accountabilities
• Lead financial analysis of the strategic opportunities/ business development projects (incl acquisitions, disposals, JVs, strategic partnerships, distribution, production agreements, etc.) involving third parties.
• Preparing succinct documents (word doc/ presentations) for approval of projects.
• Lead strategy projects pricing decisions and evaluation of investment effectiveness. Crystallize the complex issue, structuring the problem solving approach, owning the analysis, and developing recommendations through to ensuring specific actions to deliver our fundamental objectives are implemented.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful conclusions to business initiatives aimed at delivering strategic and tactical objectives.
• Degree level with strong academic record, Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) and/or MBA
• Strong financial analysis skills including excellent excel and power point skills
• Strong communication skills, English and Mandarin (written and verbal is a must
• Outstanding skills in managing relationships with senior leaders, key partners and influencing Commercially aware and able to ground strategic options with financial analysis
• Ability to analyse and interpret the business value chain
• Manages projects to plan, escalating issues as appropriate
• Strategic thinker - conceptual capability combined with pragmatism
