We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director.
This role helps the Infrastructure Real Estate Group team to manage the credit risk and special situation of the fast growing loan asset portfolio across Asia Pacific.
Actively minimise provisions and manage credit losses
Facilitate new gross border transactions through the deal cycle process and take a lead in driving improvements in process
Involvement in new transactions process along deal life cycle.
Work closely with relevant internal and external contacts to effectively support seniors on transaction execution

Requirements
High achieving, very motivated and very reliable
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Strong legal and contractual documentation skill
Strong understanding of the structured finance market in Asia
Demonstrates a commitment to learning new capabilities
Proactively seeks more or different assignments to accelerate learning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
