We have unique and exciting opportunities for you as we continue to grow our team. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative content and establish new delivery methods to disseminate deep industry knowledge for Regional and Community financial institution issuer clients across North America. Key responsibilities in this role include:
Provide consulting services to Visa clients using data-driven methods to identify opportunities for product and/or portfolio performance improvements
Partner with Visa Account Executives to identify areas of opportunity appropriate for consulting engagements and effectively scope projects, timelines and deliverables
Earn respect as a payments thought leader with clients by quickly identifying business opportunities from a broad range of data and information (from Visa, FIs, competitors, industry etc) and translating those opportunities into actionable, effective and measurable recommendations
Through consulting engagements, identify opportunities to scale and productize solutions
Recognize and cultivate themes in client needs that can be met through scaled solutions like content delivery, self-assessments, or other automated tools
Establish business cases and projected ROI on investment to identify and prioritize opportunities
Support the development of prototypes and client feedback sessions
Manage or monitor performance of third party partners that may supplement design, development or go-to market activities
Partner with peers in other functional areas (analytics, technology, sales, product, and marketing) and across global regions to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
Qualifications
What is Global Solutions looking for in a Director – Product and Portfolio Performance? We seek experienced, pro-active, high-achieving professionals to bring innovative ideas to our consulting solution development. Specific requirements are:

BA/BS required; MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with majority in roles that involved consulting, product or business strategy, market research, innovation, product launches or planning
Payments or other financial services experience required
Experience in client facing roles preferred
Great communication skills, high energy and ability to work independently and thrive with limited guidance
Excellent written English, spelling, punctuation and grammar; immaculate proofreading and editing
skill
Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty
Ability to lead and influence decisions of others, including senior management
Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite
Willingness to travel (Up to 50% of the time)
