The LinkedIn Creative Studio is looking for a Group Account Director (or, depending on where you work now, a Senior Cross-Functional Producer).

You’ll lead our growing Account Service team, building relationships and putting processes in place that allow for great communication between our internal advertising agency and our business units (sort of like clients, only we all work for the same company). You’ll partner closely with them and creative leadership, digging into the business challenges they face and translating it all into briefs that the Creative team can digest. You’ll help the Creative team come up with solutions that completely nail those briefs. And when they do, you’ll be able to explain back to the business units exactly how we’ve solved their problems so elegantly.
Responsibilities:

Partner with creative, business and production leads to foster the creation of marketing communications from inception through production
Write succinct and actionable creative briefs
Manage a team of account supervisors, project managers and traffic managers
Build and maintain relationships with senior level management of internal clients
Partner with the Project Manager to create timelines and set milestones for on-time project completion
Develop new processes with creative and business leads
Effectively present ideas and solutions within the creative department and to our business partners
Manage group dynamics through effective communications
Manage external relationships with creative agencies, production, media vendors, etc.
Manage stakeholder relationships and influence
Basic Qualifications:

10-12 years or equivalent experience in an account service or cross-functional producer role at an advertising agency or an in-house advertising/marketing group
4 years management experience working in an advertising agency or in-house advertising/marketing group
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to build processes, create timelines and set milestones
Knowledge of brand strategy and production
Ability to supervise employees, organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
Strong presentation skills
A keen eye for detail and passion for great creative
