Responsibilities:

- Responsible to design, manage and deliver in timely manner on print and digital design requests from tech, marketing, brand integration, and business development departments in required formats. Some examples include app screens, web pages, marketing decks, banner ads, FB ads, marketing and transactional emails.

- Collaborate with tech department to develop strategy across all platforms (web, mobile, email) for user interface consistency, appeal, and usability

- Contribute meaningfully to enhancing brand strategy

- Update and upkeep of all brand collateral

- Manage brand team including digital integration, social media and graphic design
Basic Requirements:

- 2+ years web and mobile graphic design

- 2 + years UI/ UX

- 1+ years in brand strategy development

- 1+ year team management

Desired Characteristics Desired Qualifications:

- Responsive web design expertise

- Team management skills

- Email design and templating in postmark and mailchimp (or other comparable platform)

- Experience in usability testing, user flows, user research

- Expert in HTML + CSS a big plus

- Some digital marketing expertise a plus

- Social media expertise a plus
