Facebook is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Project Management Lead to join the Global Business Marketing team on The Guild. The Project Management Lead directs all of our project management functions across channels — online and offline. This individual should be a highly motivated, strategic thinker who can guide, inspire, coach, and mentor our project management team, but who is also not afraid to get their hands dirty. The PM Lead must be extremely organized, with solid strategic planning, resource allocation and process improvement skills. They must be able to balance competing priorities, have demonstrated project management experience, and approach challenges with flexibility and a positive attitude. They must also be a strong communicator and, above all else, a collaborator and problem-solver. The Project Management Lead will be responsible for process and execution around delivery within the Global Business Marketing team and will work with various stakeholders including Marketing, Events, Sales, Engineering and more.
Responsibilities

Support and manage key strategic initiatives, from planning to execution, across the marketing organization
Develop and implement global processes to scale the impact of the team and ultimately push the entire organization to operate more efficiently
Lead team of project managers to implement global processes across the production of campaigns, events, digital, and more to build work that drives business results
Manage workflow across the project management team and identify the need for additional resources when necessary
Work with Marketing, Design, and Digital teams to establish standard schedules related to strategic initiatives, ensure team is resourced with those schedules in mind, and resolve issues related to staying on schedule
Support the configuration and evolution of tools and reporting in support of global processes
Predict roadblocks and obstacles and establishes meetings or integration points between teams
Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
Coordinate resources across multiple project initiatives and teams
Track activities on projects and establishes a clear path and owners of next steps
Communicate clearly across projects and people
Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of relevant or related working experience in project management
5+ years experience leading and mentoring project management teams
5+ years experience at an agency
Experience driving process/programs/initiatives to address various business needs
Experience or knowledge in the production of events, campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials
Experience managing budgets and vendors
Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Experience fostering cross-functional working relationships in large organizations
Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practices
Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design packages
General knowledge of advertising and/or UX
