The SSO team is looking for a Leader for the Business Intelligence Organization. In this role you will lead a team of business intelligence managers, data engineers, data scientist and program managers who own and drive key digitization initiates for Cisco’s Services businesses.
Responsibilities include Foundational P&L Reporting, Forecasting, Customer Insights, SW metrics and XaaS measures, Descriptive to Predictive. The leader will report directly to the Vice President of Services Software, Systems and Operations.

The Services Software, Systems and Operations (SSO) organization is responsible for driving the cross Services technology, offer and systems investments. We innovate, enable, and scale the customer offer and internal business capabilities required to deliver against Services’ long-term profitable growth objectives.
Who You Are
This role is highly cross functional and requires substantial collaboration and leadership across multiple organizations and executive leadership throughout Cisco. You must have high EQ and be capable of working across large organizations to accomplish group objectives. You will know when and where to lead and where and how to follow to get to desired outcomes for the success of the business. You will partner closely with all aspects of Services, including strategy, Advanced Services, Technical Services and Finance. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong partnerships and a functioning operating model with IT, Sales and the Cisco Digitization Office.
You will leverage best practices inside and outside of Cisco, and will solve existing business intelligence problems, as well as lead Services into the future aaS metrics and reporting. This leader will use relationships and knowledge internally and externally to drive towards a world class BI organization.
Our minimum requirements are as follows:
10+ Years working with real business data and systems to drive ongoing business performance
7+ Years in business Intelligence role
7+ years managing and leading global teams
Strong P&L Expertise, with demonstrable experience working with P&Ls
Experience with technical and advanced services type businesses a plus
BS in technical role, preferably Computer Science, Finance, Accounting
MBA or MS in technical field (Computer Science, Data Science)
