Responsibilities
Drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve internal and partner facing processes and operations, working closely with Partners and cross-functional teams
Develop best practices that are a benefit across vertical areas
Lead cross-functional projects and teams by working with business stakeholders across the organization. Develop & manage project trackers, timelines, and lead cross functional groups to deliver on project objectives. Synthesize feedback and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

Create presentations with messages effectively tailored to different audience levels, including executives
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
8 years relevant work experience
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, organizational design, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/media company.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA
Experience developing analytical models in Sheets and using Presentations to facilitate communication with stakeholders
Experience in strategy, change management and rolling-out large scale initiatives
Experience implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity
Superior problem-solving and project management skills. Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives
Proven ability to work with team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems. Ability to lead and work effectively with cross functional groups
