The Senior Director, Product Marketing Innovation, will lead innovation of the Visa Brand expressions in both card and cardless environments/products.
Responsibilities
Oversee the commercialization of brand expressions sound, haptic, animation, and others in cardless environments
Build consensus with senior leaders across Core and Digital Products, IS&P, Merchant, and Regional Marketing teams

Develop in innovations in traditional plastic by mining digital payments for opportunities
Liaise with third parties to develop proofs of concept on plastic innovation
Oversee innovation testing of issuer submissions
Manage a team to develop and execute all innovation plans
Continuously be ahead of the curve and show a passion and understanding for the evolving payments landscape and be able to engage those leading product innovation at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's degree is preferred, with a concentration in Marketing or Business administration
12+ years of experience in wide spectrum of marketing, with a solid grounding in digital and social media best practices
3-5 years in a marketing function in a corporate, matrixed, preferably global organization
A proven ability to build long term relationships with senior executives both within a company and with other partners and clients
Experience in business development success
Experience in creating world class creative work in all its forms and a passion for the ability of marketing ideas to transform business
Domain knowledge and depth of experience in social, mobile, paid and organic search, online display, digital media planning, website engagement and technologies that foster online engagement and response.
"End-to-End" project management experience from insight to execution that demonstrates strong results-orientation and ability to ladder comfortably from strategy to operations, education and deployment activities
Solid grounding in creating a framework for metrics and technologies for digital measurement
Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully in a highly matrixed organization, especially within an integrated marketing organization
Solid financial and analytical acumen with strong ROI orientation
