You will:
Be a critical member of the consumer tracking center of expertise that supports Visa's global marketing and communications organization, reporting to a senior director who leads the consumer tracking center of expertise globally. The position will be based at Visa's headquarters in Foster City, California.
Partner with our market research agencies and monitor quality, performance and delivery of key commitments, manage budgets and timelines
Build innovative new approaches to evolve our consumer tracking to ensure it remains leading edge
Facilitate ongoing communication between regional insight leads to coordinate insight sharing and identify opportunities for synergy and best practices
Extract actionable business insights from voice of the consumer data identifying trends and anomalies and build deliverables that clearly communicate the findings and recommendations
Find opportunities to create and automate repeatable analyses or build self-service tools for business users
Perform other tasks on sample and quota management, surveys and change control logs, data governance, system infrastructure, analytics tool evaluation, and other cross team functions, on an as-needed basis
Create, propose and implement high-impact program improvement recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners, including marketing, communications, sales, and product innovation
Qualifications

Prior market research and insights experience is required. Experience in business analytics, measurements, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Tableau or R preferred. We are looking for a strong analytic, project manager who is looking for their next opportunity to grow and develop their skills further.
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Consumer Behavior, Psychology, Marketing, or Statistics required; MMR or MBA a plus
4 - 9 years' experience managing primary quantitative and qualitative market research at a large global organization or with a leading, global respected market research agency.
Experience managing large market research tracking programs.
Foundational understanding of branding, advertising (traditional and digital), marketing concepts and strategy a plus; Background in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a plus
Intellectually curious and analytically rigorous, strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, a proactive approach, Excel and PowerPoint power user; strong planner and problem solver; Must display strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate analyses into easily digestible stories for senior management consumption; Must be fluent in English
