Key partner to the Chief Operating Officer. Helps drive critical projects across a wide range of strategic and operational needs. Specific responsibilities include:
· Assisting in partnership negotiations and deal structuring
· Setting and driving metrics across our business units
· Analyzing effectiveness and driving improvements in all our company functions including marketing, client operations, business operations, implementations, product and engineering
· Bringing best practices from BlackRock and the industry to FutureAdvisor
· Creating presentations for industry events and internal stakeholders
· Lots of other things!
You are a good fit if:
· You like jumping in with both feet and driving multiple projects with urgency
· Have 3-10 year experience
· Have background in strategy, consulting or investment banking
· Enjoy a fast paced environment
· Have a flexible style that fits with a start-up and a large asset manager
· You’re analytically oriented
· Strongly experienced with PowerPoint and excel
· BA/BS required
