The Senior Director of Media is responsible for developing truly integrated cross-channel media plans and driving ideas in new channels. With significant experience in communications planning, digital strategy, performance-based media and offline planning, this person will deliver media strategy and planning, communications thought leadership and future vision of consumer behaviors.
What will you do?
Collaborate with Brand Management and Category Marketing Leaders to develop the most strategic and business-driving communications frameworks
Become valuable and trusted partner/confidant to your cross-functional partners on the optimal experiences, platforms, environments, contexts, and content across all communications touch points to drive forward their business and marketing objectives

Spearhead strategic partnerships across publishers, networks, leagues, and platforms
Drive breakthrough integrations across media and publishing platforms
Mobilize the team to drive tactical execution, analysis and optimization across all channels.
Maintain clear communication with brand and category teams, senior management, and multiple creative and media agency partners
Own multiple media agency relationships
Frame, and adjust if necessary, campaign expectations and make every effort to exceed expectations
Define KPIs and own campaign dashboard
Actively seek out and engage with research partners to determine KPI’s, data sources, and measurement tools that will provide insight for learning
Responsible for identifying new opportunities and solutions for business, media and digital issues through innovation, advancement and thought leadership
Articulate and visualize various emerging trends and behaviors across the entire media landscape
Establish best practices to ensure teams take full advantage of proprietary and syndicated tools to deliver results
Promote an open working environment where opinions, views and ideas can be shared
Direct a staff of media professionals. Provide sound guidance to the team, encouraging them through performance management and consistent feedback. Identify staff developmental opportunities that will help to accelerate their professional goals.

What have you accomplished already?

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience: 12+ years’ communications and media planning experience
Skills: Intellectually curious, proactive, ambitious, highly organized, a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, an entrepreneurial spirit,
Supervisory Responsibility: experience managing large teams required
