The selected candidate will be responsible for leading NTT Data Inc. Global Capital Markets function reporting directly to the SVP, Treasurer. In this role, you will create a world-class capital markets infrastructure focusing on global standards and processes that enable NTT to scale with its rapid growth while supporting economic value creation. Flexibility to change and move at a fast pace is important. As a Senior Director in Treasury responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Leader of Capital Markets function. Build a best-in-class infrastructure and design strategies and standardized operational procedures with zero defects
Design and implement FX hedging program to minimize P&L volatility from market risk and provide certainly around planning
Optimize capital structure framework providing flexibility to meet growth initiatives
Manage Free Cash flow planning and working capital drivers
Lead integration/structuring M&A transactions for Treasury group
Drive investment strategy and implement program to achieve desired returns
Create counterparty risk strategy and manage exposure
Build strong relationships with external global banking partners, as well as internal Accounting, Tax, legal and BU
Ensure Corporate and Treasury policies are adhered to
Implement Treasury system to efficiently manage FX, investments, debt and management reporting
Provide exceptional leadership to motivate and retain a team of Treasury Professionals.

Required Qualifications:
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, 12+ years in a Treasury Management role
Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy.
Ability to influence change outside of Treasury organization as Company evolves processes and strategy to new global standards
Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of Management
Understanding and experience implementing capital markets strategies
Ability to work independently; relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Previous experience working in a global environment
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SAP, FX All, Bloomberg and Treasury Management Systems
