Director Facilities Maintenance Nike Missouri

As the Facilities Director, you will provide key leadership and mentorship to Managers, Supervisors, and professional staff. This role will be accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units. While creating departmental plans, you will be driving business, production and organizational priorities.

In this position, the Director will be responsible for the physical spaces used by Nike and oversee the administration of all non-Retail related real estate activities - including acquisition and construction, building usage, layouts and maintenance.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Recommend and manage pool of contractors, consultants, suppliers and full time staff
Oversee contract negotiations for Nike facilities
Facilitates Project Managers within time and budget milestones
Serve as primary liaison with government agencies for land use, traffic, waste, and key environmental matters
Research and evaluate other locations for potential establishment
Recommend research findings on labor markets, cost, developmental restrictions and utilities
Oversee management of the maintenance of existing buildings, equipment, mechanical/electrical and safety systems
Qualifications
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in facility maintenance, construction, space planning, or facilities project management
5+ years of leadership experience
Bachelors Degree in Technical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
