This position will be responsible for the development and execution of strategy for Youth and Mature Marketing. Candidate must identify key drivers and trends within the segments and drive overarching strategy for acquisition and retention.
Requires expert knowledge in the channel marketing field and the ability to integrate critical information from many different areas. Contributes to strategy and policy development and/or develops guidelines and implementation procedures for new strategies and policies. Provides direction to internal Youth/Mature staff in addition to managing agencies. Analyze relevant industries of interest to ATT Mobility and Consumer Markets (telecommunications, entertainment, advertising, commerce, etc.) as well as specific market trends and competitors. Works closely across AT&T business units and departments on strategy development, issue resolution, and integration opportunities.

Seven years experience in Youth Marketing
Extensive practical experience in marketing, product management, product delivery, corporate strategy, finance, sales/sales support, network, and finance
Strong analytical skills including the ability to integrate critical information from diverse areas
Direct supervisory experience is required as well as the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
Ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas
Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office products
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to interact with Senior Executives and Officers of AT&T
