This role will serve as Field Director for the Advanced Market Network Bank Owned Life Insurance Client Group (BOLI markets) sales team. Role will focus on the sales of BOLI (General Account, Hybrid and private placement) through independent distribution channels that focus on BOLI as well as relationship manager for existing large bank clients. You will be accountable for the performance and results of a large area with multiple related teams or advanced professionals. Must have substantial knowledge of the banking industry, BOLI marketplace, and have established relationships skills to work with distribution and banking partners. This position reports to Advanced Markets Network located in Leawood, Kansas.

Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of corporate and banking finance and tax issues
Understanding of advanced market concepts
Understanding of BOLI and executive benefits markets
Understands 3rd party independent distribution
Requires broad and comprehensive understanding of internal and external best practices

Applies broad industry awareness to drive sales results
Ability to recruit, train and onboard 3rd party distribution
Ability to present advanced concepts to large audiences
Have established relationships in the industry

Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Series 6 preferred
College degree preferred
