The evolution of the Strategic Demand Planning Manager will result in a number of new complex responsibilities, you help to create standards, processes and tools to align the space planning process and will partner with the team to establish the practice of using a “plan of record” across the region. As Google’s diverse businesses continue to grow, you will regularly revise and update our planning scenarios based on the change requirements of the business and the adaptations in our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and manage the Plan of Record (POR) process through leveraging long term demand needs and portfolio data analytics to recommend solutions that accelerates business objectives.
Develop strong relationships with BP teams to understand product area focus, organization plans, growth targets and lead the POR process for demand forecasting.
Provide strategic space scenarios and negotiate solutions with team members, stakeholders to ensure a balanced planning and occupancy strategies that meet business needs while minimizing risks.
Forecast, conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate multiple scenarios to recommend; ensure teams are well informed to communicate to leadership.
Develop and implement space planning programs and initiatives, including reporting metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to improve the efficiency and performance of Google’s portfolio.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of real estate strategic space planning experience.
Preferred qualifications:
MS/MBA
