The Global Business Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketer to join the Products, Platforms and Insights team to develop and evolve the B2B marketing strategy for Messenger. This role will report into the Product Marketing Communications Lead on Platforms in Menlo Park, CA. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and the ability to think creatively, outside the box. While this is an individual contributor role, a proven track record of leading nimble teams and driving cross-functional consensus is critical. The successful candidate will have experience building brands, ideally from the start.

Global experience is a plus, but not required. Experience building marketing and media plans and partnering cross-functionally within large organizations and externally with creative agencies is a must. Experience building and managing a significant marketing budget is a must. A successful candidate will have a broad portfolio of work spanning both online and offline channels; the candidate should have a good mind for storytelling but a skeptic's eye for metrics. A successful candidate will have built and executed several campaigns and will be able to present their entire process from conception to planning, execution to measurement. Finally, a successful candidate will have strong POV on the burgeoning messaging market and how Messenger fits into it.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Messenger product, product marketing and greater business marketing team to define core messaging for Messenger and the go-to-market strategy for the brand
Collaborate with in-house and external creatives to build and execute B2B campaigns around the world designed to increase awareness and adoption and Messenger
Scope, create and execute campaigns both on and off Facebook
Create compelling content that shifts long-held perspectives at the highest levels of specific industries
Build concise and meaningful stories out of complex information in order to achieve specific objectives
Work closely with global cross-functional teams to activate messages in market
Create and execute marketing collateral—including things like PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, playbooks, customer stories, newsletters, videos, and more
Minimum Qualifications

8+ years experience in marketing communications, brand marketing or integrated marketing
Experience in the advertising industry and digital advertising is mandatory
Experience presenting to C-level executives and the media
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
