As Sr. Director of Programmatic Operations who will manage a team of programmatic account managers, owning the operational day to day relationships with all of DSP partners. You will be responsible for creating an excellent client service experience, identifying up-selling and growth opportunities, and providing feedback to product. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations & Strategy, you will work closely with the VP, Programmatic Sales, Product, & Technical Account Management teams.

Lead long term growth and strategy as well as day-to-day management of the programmatic account management team
Develop strong cross functional relationships
Drive overall growth and development of team
Partner closely with Programmatic sales leadership to provide ongoing support, customer service, and create growth strategies
Understand each DSPS strategy and goals and determine how to best align our solutions
Build Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly business snapshots for strategic clients
Create day to day relationships across all partners
Uncover cross selling and upselling opportunities by being top of mind and trusted resource for our DSPs/ATDs partners
Monitor the health of the marketplace and open auction bidder behavior (bid rate, win rate, use rate, etc.), working closely with demand partners to increase performance
Develop and maintain private marketplace opportunities and TRMR’s deal desk
Partner closely with product to drive product enhancements
Gain a full understanding of Tremor Video SSP platform capabilities and value proposition. Become a dynamic voice and an evangelist for Tremor Video on the marketplace
Partner with technical account management to help resolve client on boarding and ongoing technical issues
