The Director Of Underwriting Services Is a Key Leadership Position That Reports To The Vice President Of Commercial Underwriting. Direct Reports Are 6 Managers That Lead Teams Of Underwriting Analysts, Trainers And Quality Assurance Specialists. Primary Areas Of Responsibility Include
Strategic Planning
Product Development and Management
Project, Process and Vendor Management
Training and Development
Quality Assurance
Position Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate Exhibits Numerous Leadership Traits And Possesses
A minimum of 10 years in commercial or agricultural insurance including underwriting experience
A minimum of 5 years of management experience
Bachelor’s Degree
CPCU designation in addition to other designations such as ARM, ARe, AIM and AFIS
Experience with strategic planning and corporate-level projects
