8+ years of hands-on development required, with a preference of at least 3 years of experience in architecture, integration and 5 years of configuring and developing on the Salesforce platform
Understanding business requirements and translating these into technical solutions based on the platforms available.
Undertaking R&D, prototyping and are expected to keep on par with industry standards and trends.
Strong problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand cross platform dependent requirements and propose scalable solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data migration and both API and user interface development principles.
BS or MS in a technical discipline
Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration components with expertise around creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, page layouts, reports, custom workflows and approval processes within Salesforce
Expert in developing and maintaining visual force, AppExchanges, force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions
Experience working with the following types of enterprise applications: CRM, CMS, ERP, Cloud based software, Custom Java applications
Must have Salesforce certifications like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. Technical Architect certification preferred.
Hands-on experience delivering large scale projects utilizing the SCRUM delivery methodology
Familiarity with object oriented programming languages like Java and test automation frameworks like Selenium

You have hands-on experience with migration to Salesforce from other CRM applications such as Siebel

You are able to work across peer group on resolving technical/design issues
Your expertise in Force.com platform and designing scalable technical solutions
You have experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications in a robust and scalable manner
You have experience with sales and service cloud implementation on the Salesforce platform
You have working knowledge in generating reports, dashboards and analyzing data in Salesforce
You have good written and oral communication skills, both with business, technical team members, and other technical contributors across the organization.
