As a User Success Operations Program Manager at Verily Life Sciences, you will set up and manage systems, processes, and programs to delight users and improve operations. You will work across projects and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Quality Assurance, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
The Verily Life Sciences team is focused on helping to move healthcare from reactive to proactive. Combining expertise from the fields of biology, chemistry, physics, medicine, electrical engineering, computer science, we’re developing new technology tools for physicians that can integrate easily into daily life and help transform the detection, prevention, and management of disease. Current projects in development include a smart contact lens with miniaturized glucose sensor; a nanodiagnostics platform to help with early detection of disease; and Liftware utensils for people with tremor.

Create programs and workflows to strategically standardize and scale user-facing operations
Work cross-functionally to collect and implement product and user feedback
Create and present accurate, timely, detailed and specific reporting
Develop and lead team training and coaching
Define and monitor resources required, implement and integrate new systems. Lead ongoing process improvements in all team and operational metrics
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a business or customer-facing role. 3 years of experience in operations, sales ops, sales or support
Analytical experience (specifically SQL) and experience analyzing data, and creating reports.
Medical device industry experience
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree
Experience leading teams and scaling operations
Distinctive verbal communication characterized by clarity and influencing capabilities
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and detail oriented skills
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
