We’re seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Director or Sr. Director, Solutions Marketing Management. This person will support and help lead the messaging and go-to-market execution of SAP SuccessFactors corporate story, including messaging and positioning development, sales presentations, and full go-to-market assets and materials.

This person will champion SAP SuccessFactors work cross-organizationally to bring our consistent messaging and positioning to life sales, marketing, the customer organization, product and executive teams, plus externally with customers and prospects.



Reporting to the VP, Solutions Marketing Management, this person will work closely with a number of functional departments including but not limited to: field marketing, sales, product management, and partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a “roll up the sleeves” individual to join a highly regarded solutions marketing team.



Responsibilities and Tasks



Support and lead development of SAP SuccessFactors corporate story
Work cross collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies; including management of some external agencies
Develop and deliver comprehensive supporting bill of materials (BOM), including pitch decks, brochures, videos, etc. Identify asset gaps, and champion creation of new assets as required.
Enable high impact sales engagement with the story through collaboration with the sales and partner enablement teams to develop sales training content and channels—including micro/bite-size content that lets sales learn and integrate the story into their pitches an easy, compelling way
Work with marketing, demand gen, AR/PR, field marketing and events teams to execute plans that drive results based on SAP SuccessFactors corporate messaging
Develop and deliver internal communications to promote the story so the broader organization is aware of and can leverage/align to the story
Oversee and approve use of SuccessFactors story content across major marketing campaigns, PR and events to ensure effective representation
Champion the SuccessFactors corporate story within the Solutions Marketing team so solution-specific content works cohesively with the broader story
Represent SuccessFactors internally and externally as a spokesperson in internal communications and training, customer/prospect meetings and events, as well as through blogging and social media
Update analysts and influencers to create favorable mindshare and establish thought leadership
Provide ongoing updates, presentations, and recommendations to broader solution marketing team and executives, as appropriate.
Help with market and competitive analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation, product service/support strategy, and pricing
All other duties as assigned.


Skills and Experience:

Domain knowledge of or experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Cloud
Experienced in HR solutions and market
8+ Years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise software
4+ Years of sales or consulting experience for a SaaS/ Cloud service provider (preferred)
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Proactive, flexible, and collaborative work style
Leadership skills and experience with a cross-functional team to get things done
Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
Flexibility, and openness to change


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Advanced Degree preferred)
Ability to travel; ~30%
