AsDirector of Product Management for Global, you will lead our biggest growtheffort: international expansion. Thereare two pieces to this effort. First,you would lead the efforts of our product management teams in France, UK,Australia, India, and Brazil, as they devise plans to win and direct theirlocal engineering teams. This involvesassessing product-market fit and developing empathy for customers’ unique needsaround the globe. Second, you would leadthe product efforts in the 136 other countries where we have no local presence,creating a flexible platform that works in a wide variety of complianceregimes. The Goods:What we want · You must be capableof managing both “the Art and the Science “of product management, possessing abusiness, customer-driven and innovative mind-set, albeit while organizing workand leading teams to innovate· You are someone whois passionate about teaching best practices around the craft of productmanagement and how to build products· You are seen as anindustry leader in product management on a global scale. You know how to manage geographicallydispersed teams with varying fine-tuned strategies that you drive· You're in tune with understanding that you sit at thecenter of a cross functional universe, and are adept at boundary-lessleadership, knowing when and how to work with sales, marketing, engineering andothers· Your finesse and strategic mindset will be your alliesin this fast-paced, innovative environment as you collaborate effectively withall stakeholders to deliver for customers· You are adept at working with multiple cultures andare open to travel (about one month of every five visiting a region outside theUS)
Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expertise in Product Management; you have spent 10-15+ years building world-class SaaS/Platform software products, with a sense of how to build and innovate
• Exceptional Project Management Skills; how to plan, set and manage to reasonable timelines, while delivering projects that align to the business strategy
• Owns the end to end process of delivering the key critical customer (managers, partners and candidates) benefits and experiences while driving relentlessly to ensure speed and quality are the focus for each step of the recruiting process
• Produces an organization that systematically and consistently drives strategy and execution of awesome product experiences, boundary-less in mindset and approach to getting things done
• Partners across the org and geographies to deliver business results in a product ecosystem environment while communicating and influencing effectively
• Knows how to effectively coach and drive teams located in multiple timezones
• Seasoned people leader who can effectively recruit, develop and retain top product talent
• Delivered global products that customers love in multiple locations simultaneously
• Demonstration that you are a life-long learner
