In alignment with our evolving Global Compensation & Benefits Strategy "Comp & Bens", this position is responsible for designing and delivering compensation and benefits guidance, programs and support to the assigned client region as part of the Compensation and Benefits team.
Reporting to the Global Director, Comp & Bens; this position will be assigned to support the Americas region and work globally, as part of the Global Comp & Bens team, on tasks and projects alongside this.

The incumbent is responsible for building strong relationships and partnerships with HR and Business Leaders in the assigned client region, in an effort to gain full understanding of business needs related to Comp & Bens. As a member of the Global HR Team, the incumbent will serve as an ambassador for our Values, and fully support the leadership direction of the organization.
Responsibilities

Take part in market surveys (will prepare salary data and reviews, will analyze the results and offer further recommendations) in support of corporate compensation policies.
Lead the strategy and execution of the America’s in merit review process and bonus payout.
Be the first point of contact and owner of Compensation questions and needs analysis in given region.
Participate in the production and implementation of corporate policies regarding compensation with the other members of the Compensations and Benefits team.
Partner with finance to execute the sales commission plans
Benefits
Maintain awareness of benefits and benefits needs through HRBPs in region
Evaluate needs, and create business case and costing as required
Support Region in benefits change programs and negotiation with brokers and suppliers
Manage the activities of the US benefits with local support
Consult with management, cost packages and deliver individual and group assignments and transfers within region and between regions.
Work within evolving Veeam mobility policy to provide a smooth and timely transition of employees.
Maintain awareness of the international mobility market and build a network to gain from informal information exchange.
Design and develop compensation strategy and programs. Manage NA Annual Salary Review process including local & corporate incentive plans.
Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are in line with market practices, competitive and in compliance with statutory requirements. Administrate and manage 401K plan for employees including ex-employees. Partner with insurance providers and broker company to ensure best services and fees for employees.
Responsible for compliance in the area of compensation and benefits including PPACA, FMLA, 403(b), HIPAA, ERISA and Workers Compensation, filing 5500s and other state and federal benefits laws.
Ensure all statutory required reporting is accurate and timely filed as well as internal reporting.
Travelling – approx. 10%
Qualifications

· 5+ years’ experience in C&B environment
· Experience working in a global environment
· Ability to analyze, present and make recommendations based on data
· advanced Excel skills
· previous experience and training on job evaluation methods (Mercer/HAY etc.)
· presentation skills (this person will create presentations for senior people)

Additional skills

· Strong communication skills
· Experience in working with Workday or other HR system
· Background in Finance & Payroll
· Certification(s) in C&B
