Responsibilities of the this role include creating strong messaging and value propositions for products, developing content-driven segment-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social, paid media and search, events, media and analysts relations, etc.), and delivering effective sales enablement tools (e.g., collateral, sales tools, etc.). The Business Marketing Director/Senior Director will evaluate marketing strategies and tactics, and recommend marketing investment to deliver measurable results and return on investment.
S/he must have strong capital markets and/or wealth segment knowledge and leverage the segment insight to create compelling content-driven marketing programs that raise awareness and generate demands. S/he must have extensive B-to-B solution marketing experience, preferably in technology solutions targeting the capital markets and/or wealth segment. S/he needs to be able to collaborate well with others and thrive in a relationship driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Segmentation: Perform market segmentation and analysis to identify target sub-segments, target audience and buyers' journey.
Marketing Strategy and Plan: Collaborate with business and sales leadership and leverage segment and solutions knowledge to develop content-driven segment-based marketing strategy and plan.
Product Marketing: Craft compelling key messaging and value proposition for solutions that resonate with the Capital Markets and/or Wealth segment. Collaborate with Brand, Corporate Communications, and Digital to ensure that all messaging, content and digital properties are consistent, relevant for the Capital Markets and/or Wealth segment.
Market Awareness Campaigns: Develop thought leadership content plan that raise awareness in the Capital Markets and/or Wealth segment.
Demand Generation Campaigns: Collaborate with shared marketing functions to execute the multi-channel campaigns (e.g., digital, social, events, PR and analysts relations, paid media and search, etc.), delivering measurable business impact.
Sales Enablement: Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to enable and support both direct and partner channels.
Measurement: Develop the metrics/KPI, track, measure, and report the results and ROI.
Investment Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize the marketing budget and investment.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Marketing professional with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.
Business to business (B to B) FinTech marketing, targeting the capital markets and/or wealth segment.
Experience and strong knowledge of the capital markets and/or wealth segment, specifically the investment banks, broker-dealers and wealth management firms.
Technology marketing experience in products such as front office advisor solution, wealth/capital markets back office solutions, or risk management a plus.
Experience in establishing and managing analyst relations a plus.
Skills:
Strong writing skill is a necessity.
Proven ability to communicate effectively to executives and a variety of audience.
Ability to develop presentations and present effectively.
