This role is critical to our future success and will have very significant interaction and influences to our senior executive teams. Ideal candidate should have proven record of successful development and management experiences in the area of cloud computing and hands-on experiences in managing/driving E2E software development process.

To lead in software management system transformation(include defining E2E software process lifecycle , organizational support, detail implementation plans)
Work with multiple departments located in China to strategize software transformation, define implementation plans and ensure successful execution results
Representing company to participate in industry conferences and evangelize best software practices internal and external to the company
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related is required, master degree or higher is preferred.
10+ years in software development field with 5+ years in managing cloud computing development/deployment/Operation especially in SaaS or PaaS areas
Participated in full large scale software development life-cycle process (Market Research/Requirement Analysis/Agile / DevOps)
Experiences in NFV/SDN will be a plus
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills with ability to communicate across different functional departments and upper management
