Build the release plans and schedules, work closely with the cross functional team members with an emphasis on engineering.
Develop and manage detailed plans that takes into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives.
Understand and assess critical paths and dependencies for launching products, and facilitate discussions between project teams.
Document and evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices. Improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage risk. Identify, analyze, respond, monitor, and control risks.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree or higher
7+ years of relevant program management experience. An engineering background is preferred
Strong Communication skills, capable of interfacing with executive audience
Experience with change management and art of influencing people
Solid technical comprehension and experience
Experience driving agile development projects. Knowledgeable in data driven decision making and customer focused best practices
