Rate My Professors is seeking a Manager, Digital Strategy to join its team in New York, NY. This role will oversee and direct aspects of day-to-day digital product management, communicating regularly with technical developers, as well as other departments such as Design, Research, Data and Audience Development, Legal, and Press. Responsible for strategizing and executing product plans designed to optimize reach, engagement, and revenue on our responsive website and on our forthcoming app. There will be a special focus on researching and creating additional revenue streams.

Devise products and product enhancements designed to optimize reach, engagement, and revenue.
Liaison with internal teams, including, but not limited to Tech, Research, Data and Audience Development team, Design, and Press.
Lead strategic efforts for potential site sponsorships and partnerships.
Research and identify opportunities that will create additional revenue streams for RMP.
Gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes/workflows, and coordinate across internal departments (Including Design, Legal, Ad Sales, Tech, etc.), and vendors, as necessary.
Oversee development and timelines for implementation of new products and product features.
Maintain product roadmap.
Create tickets for developers and collaborate with Sr. Director, Digital on prioritization.
Track KPIs using Omniture, comScore, etc.
Research competition and emerging industry and school trends.
Basic Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in a digital environment
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
Additional Qualifications
Ability to conceptualize issues, quickly develop solutions, and implement action plans
Bachelor's Degree
Adept at organizing multiple projects at once
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology a plus
Demonstrate ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects
Tremendous listening skills and attention to detail
Strong passion for and knowledge of technology, emerging media and the Internet; specific interactive strategy experience required
