You will be working with McKinsey's Banking Analytics Solution team in Waltham, MA or New York, NY to explore leading edge technologies for next generation solutions for banking industry.
Banking Solutions is part of McKinsey Solutions and McKinsey’s New Ventures. Our work encompasses overall strategies and specific solutions for consumer banking and wholesale business; advanced analytics and client segments; organizational issues; performance improvement; and mergers and alliances. We also undertake work on client issues in marketing, risk management, branding and customer relationship management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll design and implement processes of full data analytics cycle from data injection to solution delivery, perform the transformation, filtering, and aggregation of raw data into concise, accurate, and focused data formats, and you will interact with business users to understand their needs to continuously enhance the platform.
You will integrate cloud, data streaming, mobile apps, meta data automation, big data platform and artificial intelligence to deliver real time solutions to enhance customer acquisition, fraud detection, customer services, etc. Additionally, you will perform coding and configuration of applications based on instructions and specifications. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related discipline with excellent academic record5+ years of experience preferred in cloud/big data environmentExperience with SQL and non-SQL environments (Hadoop/Spark)Understanding of Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Service Oriented, Microservices, and ContainersExpert understanding of PHP, Python, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQueryProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
