Supply Chain Operations - Product Operations is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the Product Operations Services Leads team. This individual will be responsible to lead our Services Leads team and help set the strategy, direction and execution of Product Operations Services. The Services Lead Manager will be the focal point for all Service related activities in Product Operations, and will be chartered with driving the evolution and maturation of the Services construct for Product Operations.

* Collaborate as a member of the Product Ops Central leadership team and manage Service Leads team
* Build effective structures and processes that enable team success
* Develop Service strategies for each relevant Supply Chain Service (not only those owned by Prod Ops)
* Support the Service Owners
* Provide consistent bi-directional communication channel to all Prod Ops leadership with regard to Services
* Help drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment for all relevant Supply Chain Services
* Work with Service Leads to identify and prioritize new capability requirements in support of Services
* Work with Prod Ops PMO to drive development of needed new capabilities
* Prepare and facilitate quarterly Prod Ops level Service Reviews (M1 Review)

Who You Are
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
* BA/BS degree requred, Masters/MBA preferred.
* 7+ years experience with high tech engineering product development and/or supply chain management.
* 5+ years in leadership/management roles with strong people management skills
* Strong CLEAD leadership competencies, especially Collaboration, Execution, and Acceleration
* Basic understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) principles, processes, tools
* Strong knowledge of change management and communication best practices and principles
* Learns quickly and has the ability to leverage subject matter experts to augment experience gaps
* Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
* Ability to synthesize complex issues, develop insights into and solutions for those challenges, and gain acceptance and commitment from others.
* Communicates appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications with the capability to gain credibility and influence executives (Dir, VP)
* Quickly earn credibility and trust with stakeholders
* Build strong teams and executes efficiently through a combination of direct, contract, and matrixed resources
* Successfully balances near term execution with long-term goals
* Negotiates and resolves conflict effectively
