As a Merchandise Planning Director, you'll lead the merchandise planning process for a group of categories, producing a brand appropriate assortment that achieves revenue, margin, and in-stock targets. You and your team will go through a detailed hindsighting, forecasting, and buy review process, presenting plans to cross functional partners and senior leadership. You will work on both the inline Digital and Brick and Mortar business.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6 years' planning experience for a multi-store and/or digital retailer
2 years' additional planning experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
3 years' experience managing direct reports
Strong working knowledge of retail math, financial planning and assortment planning
Working knowledge of the finance and supply chain functions
Experience analyzing reports and data to make decisions that will positively impact the business
Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to develop ad hoc reporting and analytical tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Ability to travel up to 10%
