Recruits and Manages a highly efficient engineering team of software engineers and dev ops engineers across US, EU and Asia
Responsible for Unity Cloud Infrastructures strategy planning to provide secure, scalable, reliable and economically efficient data center services to Unity services including Unity Ads, Analytics and Developer Services which supports millions of Unity developers and billions of Unity gamer
Responsible for Architecture and Technologies decisions for cloud infrastructures toolset
Responsible for leveraging existing technologies to develop comprehensive toolsets to support secure SDLC for Unity services, including development, deployment, change management, monitoring and incident handling
Establishes a 24x7 Tier 0 operation team to provide NetOps/SecOps for Unity Service
Establishes SLA and escalation processes for share services, manages KPIs against SLAs including uptime, capacity, performance indices
Responsible for capacity/budget planning and optimization for ~$50M cloud spending, and vendor management
Collaborates with Unity Services team to for requirements, feedbacks and adoption and migration of shared services
Work closely with Security team to deeply build secure features into share infrastructures, coordinate with security team on security review and incidents handling
Requirements
Proven track record of managing operation large scale online services supporting hundreds of millions of online users with footprint of tens of thousands of servers and Petabytes of storage
Highly technical and hands-on with rich experience in devops technology and various cloud providers, decent exposure to security and compliance
Experience in managing a distributed and diversified engineering and operation team
Great team player who can work closely with various services teams from different locations around the world with different cultures
10+ years technical experience with focus on devops
Strong analytic problem solving skill, data driven decision making
Passions in big challenges and adaptive to changes and growth in business priorities
