Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end strategy and business insight working closely with Product Owner

Lead key work streams including market research, roadmap planning, monetization design and retention optimization

Propose/execute strategies that successfully and measurably improve retention and monetization

Work across teams to pull together strategic initiatives from high level vision through execution plan

React quickly but thoughtfully to unexpected changes in prioritization, opportunity, and resources

Consistently measure impact and adjust to maintain momentum - live a data-based culture

Effectively communicate across multiple audiences in a professional and respectful manner

Maintain a high degree of diligence on driving project forward against bold timelines

Looking for someone with:

7+ years of relevant experience in the consumer software industry in roles such as a Management Consultant, Product Manager or Product Strategist

Experience building consumer software services at scale across form factors

Knowledge of Software as a Service market and business models

A driving passion for innovation and invention

Self-starter with an ability to creatively solve problems with multiple variables

Proven capabilities of exemplary impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships

Passion for anthropology and the study of human behavior

Deal and contract negotiation experience

Detail and deadline oriented with strong organizational skills

Strong communication and presentation skills to audiences of varied size

Ability to work transparently and collaboratively

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is preferred
