Leading real estate portfolio planning and occupancy initiatives and decisions
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated track record of managing projects that achieve tangible business results.

Translating the outcomes of our annual workforce planning process into local occupancy and action plans.
Assuring that our supply side space data is credible and accurate for the regions you support to make sure we are providing the best plans possible to our business partners.
Building annual occupancy plans aligned with firm planning cycle
Building long term occupancy plans based on work style, co-location and business alignment goals. “Fit for Purpose” in all regions including international locations.
Responsible for all Regional capacity and utilization metrics in Regions.
Aligning all deliverables and outputs with the governance process on all supply side capacity and utilization metrics.
Aligning all deliverables and outputs with standardized occupancy planning work products and deliverables.
