As Director of Marketing Activation for Mirum Shopper, you are responsible for the Digital Activation for the Walmart & Club sectors. You will be a key component of the Team Unilever shopper WPP solution that was customized for Unilever. You will lead a group that will be responsible for collaborating in a specialized multi-agency environment to deliver best in class shopper marketing solutions to drive sales for Unilever at Walmart & Club. Main responsibilities on top of this will include revenue and profit growth, program/project delivery, planning, P&L management, client delivery and team development.

Collaborate with agency partners within Team Unilever Shopper to deliver best in class solutions for the client at Walmart & Club sector.
Educated/evangelize digital through organization (Mirum & Team Unilever Shopper).
Responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing client relationships and expectations
Delivering against new revenue and profit targets. Provide monthly financial updates in monthly forecasting meeting.
Create a business team culture that Inspires and motivates your cross-functional team to perform at the highest level.
Collaborate on digital strategy within confines of overall shopper marketing plans (with other subject matter experts)
Prepare and present proposals, concepts, POVs, creative and other client communication in formal written form
Manage team of Marketing Services professionals and oversee all deliverables
Act as liaison between internal departments fostering good working relationships
Maintain an extensive base of industry, retailer, brand, and competitive knowledge
Evaluate program performance and provide recommendations on program results
Ensure all conceptual and creative ideas meet objectives and key brand strategies
Provide internal feedback on all materials/work developed for the client
Responsible for developing/delegating, managing and meeting set program budgets and timelines
Provide proactive thought leadership to client and internal staff on a regular basis
