This is a Director or potentially Senior Director level leadership role, within Global Sales Operations, and the ideal candidate, as the operational Business Partner for VP, WW Sales EUC, AirWatch Enterprise Sales, would be expected to be able to work strategically and effectively to create & manage a variety of Business Operational cadences and processes and provide focused business analysis and interpretation of all key critical success factors and key performance indicators for Global End-User Computing Leadership.

Responsibilities:
•Business Partner for End-User Computing Leadership; of sufficient seniority to represent BU and Sales Leaders in driving, facilitating and consolidating Forecast, Pipeline and other Team cadences; this may be extended to cover specific Sales Transformation Projects which have a particular End-User Computing focus.
•Participate in a leadership capacity within Global Product Operations Centre of Excellence supporting the identification and adoption of Best Practices across Product Groups
•Representation of End-User Computing and where appropriate all Product Groups on key operational projects and Centres of Excellence including but not limited to Territory & Account Planning, Pipeline Optimisation, Opportunity Execution, Forecasting and Quota & Commissions
•Reporting and Analysis: provide well-structured business performance analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders in End-User Computing Leadership; identify additional reporting and analysis needs, and work with the various systems and cross-functional teams, in partnership with Information Innovation Centre, to develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for Field representatives.
•Business and Technical Business Process Workflow: analyzing, developing and refining business process workflows within End-User Computing Product areas: work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentation.
•Support End-User Computing Product Business Planning; including targets for Bookings and Headcount and related Investment Plans in partnership with Finance and GTM Strategy and Execution teams.
•Manage Quota-setting and compensation for End-User Computing Specialist Product Teams; composition of Commission plans and payouts on achievement. Address Field questions relating to Quotas and Commission.
•Assist with the weekly Pipeline and Forecast Management Cadence and adoption of VMStar; triangulation with Sales Regions; additionally, will be expected to track End-User Computing Product deals and ensure due focus and deadlines are met.
•Provide Business Operational support and co-ordination for Specialist Product programs, promotions, pricing and Go-To-Market initiatives as requested by End-User Computing leadership; this will include product allocations from HPP/EPP and SPP programs.
•Take responsibility for clear, concise onboarding material for New Hires and facilitate enablement sessions as required, working in partnership with Sales Leadership, HR and Global Field Readiness organizations.
Requirements
•5-7 years’ minimum experience in Sales or Business Operations including at least two years in a leadership role
•Excellence in Relationship Building, Business Partnering, Communication and in driving the brand of Operations
•Strong Change Leader and Influencer on behalf of End-user Computing Leadership and Global Sales Operations, including the ability to manage remotely and drive adoption of key initiatives across many geographies and Sales teams
•Superior analytical skills and a strong familiarity with data structures and hierarchies
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Experience using CRM applications, in particular Salesforce.com
Enterprise software sales experience favoured
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred
