As Head of Product Intelligence, you are part of our Global Business Intelligence team. Our mission is to facilitate a numbers-based decision making across all global marketplaces and business functions, and provide business owners with quantitative insights that move the needle.
You collaborate closely with the Product Management team, which drives product strategy from conceptualization through launch across a variety of global surfaces - from mobile clients, desktop & browser apps, to deep hardware integration.
You manage a team of highly motivated and capable team of Product Analysts, covering both ‘Tactical’ and ‘Strategic Analytics’:
‘Strategic Analytics’ includes the definition of our Product Intelligence roadmap, modelling the business value of products and features to support the prioritization and planning process.
‘Tactical Analytics’ involves partnering with the Product team to deliver data driven insights to enable day-to-day decision making (examples: AB testing, performing pre/post product launch analytics).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of relevant professional experience in an ecommerce, business intelligence or consulting environment, at least 2+ years of leading teams in the field of Product Intelligence
You are a highly analytical mind with a strong business understanding, able to think and act both strategically and tactically
You possess excellent organizational and communication skills
You are a self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction, and you enjoy working in a team of highly engaged individuals
Preferred Qualifications
Working understanding of SQL, SPSS, R, SAS, Python, Microstrategy, Tableau
Familiarity with data architecture and instrumentation, and report building
