The Director of Analytics & Sales Operations will leverage a multinational team of data analysts and business intelligence staff to support Senior ITD business leadership and country sales operations located worldwide. This individual is expected to both manage the current analytics and business intelligence portfolio while continually driving operational improvement by leveraging new technology and techniques to deliver increased value and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage global analysis portfolio ensuring BI is available for Sales and Marketing teams globally, across multiple geographies
Manage team of Analysts and BI Solutions developers setting direction and prioritizing work
Act as key stakeholder in business projects that contain a BI element
Develop Standardized Dashboards based on business objectives, providing internal consulting services as required by the Schneider IT Executive Committee for improved KPIs and metrics
Support business analysis from the Strategy & Marketing senior leadership, and Schneider Corporate

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

Consult with local operation teams enhancing their data maturity
Develop teams skills and tools to support automation
Support IT deployments for data migration and testing


Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced Degree (MBA or MIS or equivalent)

EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:
7 to 10 years of sales and operations experience, focused on business analysis, or equivalent experience in a consulting role for Sales and Operations
Business Intelligence experience in defining, building and publishing of analysis and dashboards in Tableau or other BI software
Prior experience with the overall management of upwards of 100 sales performance scorecards and dashboards
Prior experience managing a large team of Analysts (current team is approximately 30 Analysts)
Operation in a global environment, in a support function with a broad range of internal customers
Extensive experience managing data from basic reporting to advanced modeling
Extensive experience creating visual dashboards
