WE are seeking an outstanding professional services Business Development Director with 7 -10+ years of applicable experience with an understanding of partner alliance strategies, a track record of demonstrable business development/revenue growth, and team management success.
YOU will manage a book of business within a rapidly growing consulting services company executing across your territory. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading technologists in their field.

Selling a comprehensive portfolio of professional services offerings to corporate entities located in the Boston Region
Build and execute a sales plan to generate new business
Execute strategies for account development and expanding customer base in collaboration with practice directors and delivery consultants
Establish, build, and maintain strong executive contacts and regularly conduct business value discussions with CXOs and VP BDMs (lines of business and IT)
Leverage and manage key relationships within the existing BlueMetal partner channel
Structure and close consulting services engagements focused on Enterprise Services, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Information Management, Mobility, Social Platforms, User Experience, and Cloud-based applications
Develop solutions that integrate existing client resources, BlueMetal resources, and offshore resources
Partner with internal senior management for solution scoping and delivery
Meet and exceed budgeted sales quota
Willingness and ability to travel to our client sites is required

7 - 10+ years of industry-related experience as a Client Director, inspiring solutions that exactly meet client needs.
Trust-based solution oriented consulting services and software sales experience
Partner channel management experience
Experience selling application architecture consulting services, data analytics, business intelligence, information management, and user experience design and engineering services
Proven sales and business performance – a track record of consistently exceeding business performance goals while delivering exceptional client satisfaction
Experience working with a team to create innovative, large-scale solutions for customers to drive business process improvement and drive top line revenue
Communication excellence - strong listening, writing, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to communicate with clients at all levels including CxO level relationships
Additional Skills and Competencies:
Consultative selling experience - Proven success with enterprise customers, working knowledge of solution-selling strategies and tactics and business value selling to deliver solutions that meet the exact needs of our clients
Microsoft Platform knowledge, mobility platform knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services Cloud Services platforms, and Open Source technologies a plus
Sales Teamwork - High degree of collaboration with multiple sales personnel and strategic partners will be required for success in this role
