Background/Experience:
· 10-15 years experience managing a large-size creative organization.
· Previous direct report management required 5+ years.
· External agency experience desired.
· Understanding of all aspects of print and interactive design, as well as copywriting
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· MFA Degree or related strongly preferred.
