Lead creation and execution of new executive thought leadership program within the Salesforce Corporate Messaging and Content marketing organization
Build and maintain provocative thought leadership messaging structure and distribution guidelines, including topics, content streams, tone and language, target audience profiles, etc.
Identify and engage with visionaries and thought leaders internally and externally to develop and publish thought-provoking, unique content backed up by research
Collaborate with other key stakeholders including content marketing, creative, PR, product teams, strategy, and events to create and maintain an aligned content calendar.
Develop distribution channel strategy (organic and paid) to reach C-level executives with thought leadership content
Skills and Experience
Plugged into "what's hot" at the intersection of business and technology today - with a thirst for provocative ideas that are disrupting the industry combined with a sense of history
Collaborative and confident leader, effortlessly able to go beyond alignment and buy-in from others to inspiring into action towards common goals
Demonstrated ability to bootstrap and grow a new program at a fast-moving enterprise company
Standout content strategy, messaging, writing, editing, and journalistic skills. Nuanced storytelling is your forte.
7+ years in tech communications, content marketing, product marketing, content strategy, or journalism (or all of the above?), with emphasis on marketing to C-level executives
BA/BS degree with strong academic record (MBA a plus)
High energy, charismatic, innovative, and wildly creative -- with the execution skills to make it all count
