We are currently seeking an Information Technology Director. The IT Director is responsible for the identification of IT activities necessary to support specific business, manufacturing and engineering functions, prioritization of projects and overall program management of key IT activities. This position has overall responsibility for the IT function across multiple sites. This employee brings major IT concerns before the Senior Leadership Team, including policy proposals, new initiatives and strategic plans.

Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related degree is required. An advanced degree would be a plus.
At least 10 years of overall IT experience with a strong emphasis on technology and information systems required. IT experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Background with AS400/iSeries, Windows servers and virtualization is preferred.
Familiarity with COBOL, RPG and VB is preferred.
Previous experience supervising employees is required.
Project management skills required. Project Management Professional certification a plus. Must have the ability to lead projects to successful completion on time and within budget required.
Good communication skills and attention to detail are required.
ERP experience is preferred.
