The Apache Sensor Program Director will be responsible for the development and execution of campaign plans and strategy to capture the Apache Sensor Modernization Competition. This position is responsible for Strategy Development, Acquisition Shaping, Investment Planning and Business Case Development. Additionally this person will lead the multi-function capture team including: Solution Development, Price to Win, RFP Shaping and Proposal Development.

14+ years of combined professional related working experience in Capture Management and Program Execution
Demonstrated capture experience with a track record of success
US Army Aviation Experience in operations, requirements and/or acquisition
Must have knowledge of ISRS technology portfolio including surveillance and fire control radar systems and technologies, EO/IR systems and technologies, and related space based systems and technologies
Must have product knowledge resulting understanding both technical and system complexity of customer’s systems interfaces
Must have experience engaging all levels of the organization including VP, management and individual contributor level
Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills
Must have extensive experience interfacing with external customers (includes domestic customers in Special Forces, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and other proprietary programs, as well as International customers in the MENA and ASIA regions)
Must have frequent experience interfacing with all competitors and customer sets
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related discipline

Apache platform and sensor experience preferred.
Advanced Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related discipline
