The Director of Enterprise SWQA will provide strategic guidance for all aspects of enterprise software testing. This is a hands-on senior QA management responsibilities spanning across Deep Learning Training and Professional Visualization for drivers, CUDA, Containers, Deep Learning frameworks (Caffe, Torch, Theano…), OpenGL applications and enterprise products.

Build and lead the world class Enterprise SWQA team to develop enterprise test plan that cover unit, component, functionality, performance, stress and stability, security, scalability, systems, and usability testing
Architect the Test Methodology, create the Quality KPI and take actions to drive the teams to deliver perfect quality enterprise product
Architect and maintain an automated testing framework that enables high quality deliverables
Build a high performing enterprise SWQA organization by driving and implementing changes for continuous improvement
What we need to see:
BS/MS in CS/EE/CE or equivalent technical education
Over 10 years of enterprise SWQA experience and test infrastructure with at least 5 years of proven track record as SWQA Director of enterprise
Experience with UNIX/Linux based appliances, web servers and services
Ability to self-manage, strong communication skills (written and verbal), work with teams across multiple time zones
