Reporting to the VP, Experience Design, the CD will work with several tiers of designers and initiative stakeholders to build a cohesive and scalable visual language across all product lines.This is people-oriented job, involving development of concepts and implementation of designs for Autodesk’s most challenging projects. This role will require a strategic mindset, critical thinking, proven leadership experience, collaboration, and execution with cross-functional teams on behalf of the customer. The role will also include regular reviews with senior management to ensure alignment on business objectives and resource allocation.

● Demonstrate collaborative global leadership with a team of design managers and product line leaders across multiple cross-product initiatives

● Minimum 10 years experience in a creative management capacity

● Proven history of collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to generate superb visual design work
● Excellent team-building and problem-solving
