The Director, Technology & Product Management, Consumer Audio Products will be based in Boston, MA or Plano, TX. This hands-on leadership position will be responsible for developing and driving new technologies and design elements for the latest connected audio products within our strategic partnership with Bose Corporation.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Develop strategic relationships with Bose Product Engineering and Technologists
Participate in and manage joint road mapping to identify investments and projects that will assure Flex delivers technology advancements and best in class quality execution
Provide quarterly strategic planning for technology initiatives and manage approved initiatives
Oversight of development programs and coordination of leveraged integration for Flex subject matter expertise across the global organization
Integrate technology initiatives into the business planning process
Proactively innovate around Flex S2S service offering and introduce to secure long term credibility with customer and drive joint business growth.
Flexibility to drive critical support functions when required

Consumer product experience and forward thinking technology applications development
Relevant engineering subject matter expertise and ability to manage complex initiatives focused on breakthrough results
Audio and wireless technology experience benificial
Passion and drive to work in the abstract with respect to developing new IoT product level solutions
Confidence and humility to build credibility as the goto resource for customer’s development organization
Strong balanced experience with ME, EE, and Software product development disciplines and interdependencies.
External networking & communication skills to identify, coordinate, and leverage resources required to develop innovative product and service solutions
