VICE Gaming is looking for an organized, self-starting, and creative digital Producer/Director to develop and execute original videos from concept to completion. This position requires a passion for gaming and deep knowledge of the gaming landscape, culture, industry and trends. The ideal candidate will be adept at every element of the production process, including sourcing and pitching stories, budget creation and management, field production and directing, and overseeing story production with in-house editors. Candidates will be asked to oversee several videos at once in various stages of production, so the ability to multi-task is a must.

Research and pitch innovative stories related to international gaming culture.
Produce and direct in the field to secure broadcast quality footage and intended story segments.
Establish and maintain contacts and develop sources in the global gaming network.
Translate ideas from the creative and editorial team into successful video formats and short form series.
Build and actualize budgets.
Oversee edit process.
Liaise with social producers to deliver original content for social media platforms.
Communicate daily with Executive Producer of Digital Content and Supervisor of Post Production.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in production at a well regarded network, cable network or digital production company (or equivalent).
Superior organizational, interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities.
Working knowledge of MAC computer systems and programs.
Editing skills are preferred, candidate must have some knowledge and understanding of the following:
