The Business Compliance Services (BCS) practice offers clients a scalable solution to address the tax compliance needs of corporations, partnerships, and other business entities.
Their specialized compliance services can be integrated at any point in the compliance life cycle to maximize a tax department's strengths and minimize the impact on company resources.

The BCS practice specializes in international compliance services (global or multi-territory regulatory and tax compliance services, specialized tax professionals around the world, global compliance solutions such as an internet-based technology platform) federal compliance services (computing book/tax differences, preparing forms, return review, quarterly work, IRS audit support) and state compliance services (returns, quarterly work, state notices, state amended returns).

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 8

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Certification(s) Required: CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

Knowledge Preferred:
Extensive knowledge of the tax compliance process of multi-national corporations, partnerships and other business entities, including international, federal and state compliance services.
Thorough knowledge of how to maximize strengths and minimize impacts on company resources for clients' tax departments.


Thorough knowledge of tax return preparation and depreciation software, including Go System Tax.

Skills Preferred:
Extensive technical skills, including all aspects of corporate and partnership returns, consolidations, tax provisions, FAS 109 and the identification and application changes in tax legislature.
Thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
